Gentle Yoga & Meditation with Lara combines a short and gentle vinyasa flow with a longer guided meditation focusing on opening the heart center and deepening experiences of self-love, optimism, and balance. All levels are welcome, and practices shared will aid in digesting difficult emotions and increasing well-being. Each class contributes to the overall sense of serenity and the freedom to live more fully as who you really are!
