Welcome

I’m glad you are here. I hope your visit provides a moment for you to pause, take a deep breath, and refresh.

My name is Lara, and I am a writer, yogi, teacher, mentor, and student of life. I believe people possess a wealth of untapped capacity for well-being. My purpose is to introduce and guide your journey to the power that resides within you.

Everyone deserves happiness and freedom from suffering. The ability to experience this requires practice, courage, and openness. If you take anything away from your time here, I sincerely hope it’s a glimpse of a brighter, lighter reality as a possibility for you and the world.

Enjoy!

Musings

“Let us be silent so that the Giver of Speech may speak.”
—Rumi, Persian poet and Sufi mystic

Musings arise from life experience and meditation on the unseen space from which the seen takes form. Everything contained here within is but a fractional emanation of the infinite field from which it originates. Energy coalesced into words, images, and sound—and hopefully pointing you toward a glimpse of the unlimited Infinite Creative Source that often remains unseen…until we sit quietly.
