I’m glad you are here. I hope your visit provides a moment for you to pause, take a deep breath, and refresh.

My name is Lara, and I am a writer, yogi, teacher, mentor, and devotee. I believe people possess a wealth of untapped capacity for well-being. My purpose is to introduce and guide your journey to the power that resides within you.

Everyone deserves happiness and freedom from suffering. The ability to experience this requires practice, courage, and openness. If you take anything away from your time here, I sincerely hope it’s a glimpse of a brighter, lighter reality as a possibility for you and the world.

Everything contained here within is but a fractional emanation of the infinite field from which it originates. Gentle Flow and Meditation at Datza Studios
Every Friday, 5:00 PM–6:00 PM

The Flow & Meditate class combines gentle yoga and guided meditations that focus on opening the heart centre and deepening experiences of self-love, optimism, and balance. It is held outside on the rooftop patio when weather permits.
